Bong Bong Sparkling

Made entirely from Chardonnay (69%) and Pinot Noir (31%) grown at Centennial's Bowral Vineyards.                                                                

The nose shows fresh apple & pear, some citrus hints, with some complexity gained through the use of some old reserve base wines. The palate is light and zesty, initially with lemon flavours, followed by yellow and red apple, finishing with some old barrel complexity making for a superb aperitif at the end of the day. This is great value sparkling wine and an excellent introduction to sparkling wines. Drink now to 2028. Serve chilled
