Featuring six of our most popular cool-climate wines from six different Southern Highlands wineries, the collection takes you from sparkling and elegant whites through to Pinot Noir, Merlot and Shiraz.

The box also provides a rare opportunity to taste wines from Piru Vineyard and 1562 Estate, two boutique producers without public cellar doors. These wines are not usually available through a traditional cellar-door experience.

The six-wine collection

Centennial Vineyards Bong Bong Sparkling NV

Made from Southern Highlands Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this fresh and lively sparkling wine offers aromas of apple, pear and citrus. The light, zesty palate begins with lemon before revealing yellow and red apple, finishing with subtle complexity from aged reserve wines. A superb aperitif and an excellent introduction to Southern Highlands sparkling wine.

Artemis Sauvignon Blanc

Crafted in a lightly oaked Fumé Blanc style, the Artemis Sauvignon Blanc combines white peach, grapefruit and subtle herbaceous notes with flavours of lychee, passionfruit and stone fruit. A small amount of oak contact adds refinement, structure and ageing potential while preserving the wine’s fresh acidity and balanced, dry finish.

Piru Vineyard Pinot Grigio

Hand-picked from Piru Vineyard’s estate blocks at Canyonleigh, this flagship Pinot Grigio beautifully reflects the cool Southern Highlands climate. Barrel-fermented in French oak using wild yeast, it delivers layers of stone fruit, subtle spice and a beautifully structured palate. Piru Vineyard does not have a public cellar door, making this a special inclusion in the collection.

1562 Estate Pinot Noir

A light to medium-bodied Pinot Noir with elegance and structure. Powerful fruit aromas lead to flavours of dark cherry and cranberry, complemented by subtle cedar, spice and earthy notes. Crunchy acidity and fine tannins are beautifully balanced with the fruit. With no public cellar door, 1562 Estate is another boutique Southern Highlands producer you may not otherwise have the opportunity to experience.

PepperGreen Estate Single Vineyard Merlot

An elegant red wine for every season, this Merlot is cherry red in the glass with inviting aromas of Morello cherry and plum. Its soft, textured palate reveals gentle notes of cedar, herbs and dark berries before finishing beautifully dry.

Bendooley Estate Shiraz

This award-winning, medium-bodied Shiraz offers fragrant aromas of plum, spice and delicate florals. Complex red berry flavours follow on the palate, accompanied by a touch of white pepper and fine tannins. Enjoy it now or allow it to develop further with short to medium-term cellaring.

Enjoy free local delivery to participating Southern Highlands accommodation and local addresses. The tasting box can also be delivered throughout Australia for a flat rate of $20.

If you discover a favourite during your tasting and would like to order additional wine, we’ll deliver your order free of charge to your accommodation the following day while you’re staying in the Southern Highlands.
