Shipping Policy

Wine Tours Co Pty Ltd will only ship orders to a valid address within Australia, with the exception, any and all addresses within the Northern Territory and/or South Australia.

Minimum Orders

There is a minimum order of six bottles either in single or mixed case.

Delivery

Wine Tours Co Pty Ltd supports the responsible service of alcohol. Under Australian law, it is illegal for anyone under the age of eighteen to either order or receive alcohol. We dispatch orders Monday to Friday and, depending on your location, use the services of Couriers or Australia Post. For delivery to most Australian cities, please allow five working days and seven for rural and regional areas.

Your purchase is fully insured.

In the event of extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to hold your order until such time as the weather is favourable to transport it. We will contact you by telephone to arrange an alternative delivery time.

Delivery Charges Delivery Charges

Shipping fees at a flat rate of $20 per 12 bottle case apply to deliveries. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Returns

If you have ordered the wrong item, please contact us to arrange a return. Return shipping for ordering the incorrect item will be at the expense of the customer. Wine Tours Co Pty Ltd will issue a full refund for the goods within 30 days.

If your order has been packed incorrectly by Wine Tours Co Pty Ltd and you receive the incorrect product in your shipment, please notify Wine Tours Co Pty Ltd strictly within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Wine Tours Co Pty Ltd will request that you return the incorrect items in the original carton. On receipt of the intact returned goods, and within 30 days, Wine Tours Co Pty Ltd will refund to you the amount for the incorrect item/s, plus the return shipping costs.
