When are tastings available? Tastings run Thursday to Saturday, 12pm to 6pm.

PRIVATE MOBILE WINE TASTING EXPERIENCES

What is a Private Mobile Wine Tasting Experience? We bring the cellar door to you. Our team comes to your location, whether that's an Airbnb, holiday home, or event space, and hosts a curated wine tasting on-site. You provide the space, we bring everything else.

Who is this ideal for? Private tastings are perfect for groups of 8 to 50 people. Popular occasions include birthdays and celebrations, hen's parties, anniversaries, Airbnb and holiday stays, retreats and wellness weekends, corporate events and team building, and special reunions or gatherings.

What are the benefits of a private tasting experience? A private mobile tasting is a completely different experience to a wine tour, and for many groups, it's the perfect fit.

If you've invested in a beautiful Southern Highlands property or Airbnb, a private tasting lets you enjoy that space to the fullest. We come to you, so there's no need to organise transport or spend a full day out. It's relaxed, intimate, and completely tailored to your group.

One of the things our guests love most is that they come away with real knowledge about the region and its wineries, which ones have stunning restaurants, which have beautiful art installations, which are worth a dedicated visit. It's the perfect way to discover the Southern Highlands wine scene before deciding where you'd like to explore further.

For those who want to get out and visit cellar doors in person, a wine tour is a wonderful way to do that, and we're happy to point you in the right direction. But if you'd love a premium wine experience without the full-day commitment, a private tasting brings the Southern Highlands to your door from just $50 per person.

What's included? Your experience runs for approximately 90 minutes and includes a curated selection of Southern Highlands wines, a guided tasting hosted by a knowledgeable sommelier or host, personalised tasting notes tailored to your event, and optional add-ons including grazing boards and tailored food pairings. We can also create personalised event invites for your occasion, just ask.

Is food available? We can organise grazing boards as part of your private tasting experience, just let us know at least a day in advance and we'll take care of it. We also work with a selection of local private chefs and caterers to elevate your experience further. You can find their details in our brochure here.

How do I book a private tasting? Contact Sean directly on 0414 926 242 or use the enquiry form on our website. We'll get back to you quickly to confirm details and tailor the experience to your group.

How far in advance should I book? We recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead, especially for weekends and peak periods in the Southern Highlands. That said, always reach out, we will do our best to accommodate your booking even at short notice.

How far do you travel? We service the Southern Highlands region and surrounds. Get in touch to confirm your location.

Can I customise the wine selection? Yes. We're happy to tailor the wines to your group's preferences, whether that's all reds, a mix, or something specific to the occasion.

Can you personalise the experience for our event? Absolutely. We can customise the tasting notes for your event and create personalised event invites if you'd like that special touch, just let us know when you enquire.

What do I need to provide? Just a comfortable space for your group to sit. We handle everything else.
