Formerly known as NV Brut Traditionelle, this highly awarded sparkling wine continues to deliver exceptional quality.

This wine is a non-vintage blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 43% Chardonnay, and 7% Pinot Meunier, all grown in the cool-climate Bowral vineyards at 700m altitude, assembled from many base wines with the majority from the cool 2019 vintage. It has been made using the traditional method of bottle fermentation and ageing on yeast lees for 54 months. The elegant nose reveals subtle and complex aromas with ripe red apple, almond custard, nectarine and pastry.

The warm vintage has created a flavoursome and powerful style with ripe acidity, red apple and ripe grapefruit palate flavours finishing clean and dry. Great wine, and fantastic as an aperitif! Disgorged August 2024. Dosage 5g/L.
